HI, I'M COLLIN!

I recently had the honor of accepting the IDSA Student Merit Award as the Midwest Undergraduate Winner. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago with a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design. My interest in design started much earlier, sketching classic cars where I became fascinated by how form, detail, and proportion work together.

This interest eventually led me to furniture restoration. One of the first pieces I worked on was an old COSCO step-stool chair, and restoring it changed the way I looked at everyday objects. I became more interested in how things were built and why some objects were worth holding onto long after they were made.

That same curiosity still shapes how I approach design today. I enjoy taking an idea and working through it until it becomes something real. My goal is simple: to create products that people enjoy using and want to keep.
